Victory Lane was founded by Derrick & Jane Oxender in 1980, with the first shop in Ann Arbor, MI. Derrick & Jane are seasoned veterans in the franchising industry, having established the third quick lube in the state. Derrick has served as the company’s president for the last thirty-two years and has been a successful franchisee, real-estate developer, and entrepreneur. Jane has served as marketing & advertising director as well as taking on many other administrative duties. When they entered the market, the quick oil change/fast lube industry was in its infancy. Victory Lane has been in the franchise business since 1986.
